Can I take pictures of what you, as to a festival? Or is it advisable to ask every person who has something interesting photo for meand if I may? And bring a folder with disclaimers haha. Thank you.

Simeon is doing OK. He's in a lot of pain.
It's pure agony for a mama to watch her child in any pain, and not be able to make it go away.
He's on Tylenol, but it still hurts.
He crys when he's hungry, or when he's not, and won't take a bottle because it hurts. I rock him to sleep standing (he won't have it any other way) then can slip the bottle in and he'll eat...slowly and not as much as he used to...that will take time. He's doing fine.
Tom and I look at it as "one down...many more to come"
(although, we are really trying to not think about the future surgeries...this one was hard enough)
The after-surgery was much harder than I ever imagined. (agonizing actually)
But each day will get better!
I'll be off for a week of two, not reading blogs or blogging.
I need to take care of my baby....who needs someone with him at all times, he can't touch his face,
the arm guards work, but not that great for a 4 month old.
I'll be back with "the story" later....in a week or two.
Thank you again, your prayers are going to take him far in his life, and all the surgeries he needs.

4 Months Old and 9 Pounds 9 Ounces!
Yay!! Simeon is 9 pounds 9 ounces and has been eating a ton lately.
The doctor gave him the "go ahead" for surgery! If he's not 10 pounds in 2 weeks, he will be close enough!
Thank you for all your wonderful prayers, I don't doubt it for one minute he's gained this weight because of your prayers!
He will be 4 months old Sunday. I have to say, it's been a long 4 months, keeping him home and away from germs and the possibility of getting RSV, pumping constantly and trying to fit that into our already busy school days and busy home, filled with 6 kids. Balance, life is all about balance. In all things. I really believe this, but sometimes for short periods of time (like baby's first year) that balance is sometimes hard to find.
Of course he was all smiles til I took out the camera, so no smiles on video!
We started taking him to the Chiropractor a week and a half ago for his fussiness and it's helped quite a bit!
Our Chiropractor's assistant has a 7 month old who had the lip surgery 4 months ago, her daughter also had the bi-lateral cleft lip and looked just like Simeon before her surgery. She showed me pictures of her daughter afterward and she looked wonderful. Lindsey, (the mama) answered a million questions, I didn't even know I had in my head! It was so good to talk to someone who went through the whole thing.
It was so good to talk to her, I went home actually, almost excited for the surgery. All my nerves soon took over though!
Our Lady of Lourdes Novena for Simeon
I've decided on Our Lady of Lourdes Novena for Simeon.I had a hard time deciding and asked God to help me decide today.Yesterday (or the day before) Becky told me she wanted to make Simeon aspecial rosary and the centerpiece we decided on is Our Lady of Lourdes.(isn't that wonderful of her?)Then, today, in the mail we got those free Mass cards that always come,and they were, (yep, you guessed it)Our Lady of Lourdes Mass cards.And not just Mass cards, but a novena prayer card too.An Our Lady of Lourdes Novena prayer card.(Prayer answered)Our Lady of Lourdes it is.I put the novena on my sidebarIf you want to pray this novena with us, We would appreciate it so much.

A novena is a prayer prayed by many or just one, for a series of days, usually 9 days, for a specific intention.
This novena starts tomorrow, Wednesday, April 25, and goes til Thursday, May 3rd.Simeon's surgery is on Friday, May 4th.

Thank you for all your wonderful prayers, I have no doubt they held me up.
Grace, I'm living on Grace.
Simeon is doing OK. He's in a lot of pain.
It's pure agony for a mama to watch her child in any pain, and not be able to make it go away.
He's on Tylenol, but it still hurts.
He crys when he's hungry, or when he's not, and won't take a bottle because it hurts. I rock him to sleep standing (he won't have it any other way) then can slip the bottle in and he'll eat...slowly and not as much as he used to...that will take time. He's doing fine.
Tom and I look at it as "one down...many more to come"
(although, we are really trying to not think about the future surgeries...this one was hard enough)
The after-surgery was much harder than I ever imagined. (agonizing actually)
But each day will get better!
I'll be off for a week of two, not reading blogs or blogging.
I need to take care of my baby....who needs someone with him at all times, he can't touch his face,
the arm guards work, but not that great for a 4 month old.
I'll be back with "the story" later....in a week or two.
Thank you again, your prayers are going to take him far in his life, and all the surgeries he needs.

Oh, look at this sweet little boy!!Thankful he'll be 6 months on Friday!(He's 12 lbs 3 oz now)I have to admit, I'm not feeling thankful today,which means, I need to try to find those things.When life seems as you can take no moreWhen your faith is testedNot my religion, but my faith
I have this on going picture in my head of the devil,discussing me with God.The devil is saying, "Oh, yeah, well, give her this!"and God says, "Fine, she is my good and faithful servant"(I can only hope He is saying that)
But anyway...I look at my sweet baby, the baby whoI now take out after staying in (for fear of RSV) for 5 months, and I protect him,when people come up to see "the baby"(strangers) I stop them, before they say something stupid, because they will, they have that look, and I say,"He has a cleft lip and palate, and had surgery a month ago."
But sometimes, I can't protect him or the other children from things people say.One new friend of my daughters said in the van on the way to our house,
"Ewwww Gross!"Upon explaining (educating) her on why he looks this way, she says it again.
"Oh, gross, I mean, it's just gross"
My oldest son says, "Mom....Mom", with tears in his eyes.
I stay strong for the kids, I explain to herit's the way God made him and it's not gross.I also explain that that hurts our feelings, because we don't think it's gross, we love him, we think he's beautiful.
And thenI cry while I feed him that night.
He's also had these clogged tear ducts since he's been born, all 6 months except the 2 weeks after his surgery.I've been begging God to take it away(I know about warm washcloths and pressing, etc...etc...)I ask and pray every time I wipe his eyesMany, many times a day.I pray again when I try to clean the dried lashes with joboba oil
and I ask God "why?" "Doesn't he have enough?"I'm like a spoiled child.Because there is so much to be Thankful for
My faith is tested.I wonder where and how is this glorifying God?
I trust.I know somehow it is.
I know deep in my heart, it is not all in vain.
I pump breast milk and feed a baby that needs to be fed specialand Oh, how I love this baby.
ButHow must the rest of our family suffer while we endure this year and all future surgeries he will need?

Yesterday, I wanted so badly to kneel down to beg God's mercy, alone, but when I went upstairs to do so,4 kids followed me, each needing something.
I laughI say "God doesn't really want me to pray."
He doesI know He doesbut sometimesmy desperate prayers are my vocation, where I am in life right now.My work, my struggles,they are all prayers for our Heavenly Father.They all glorify Him.
Even when I don't handle it very good.Even when I figure it all out, right now, while I'm typing.

Well, if I am this ... Several hundred (400) malicious files that I found on my computer after running SUPERAntiSpyware, 1 virus mind, and like the other 20 ... I know I'm pretty bad here, but I have important things on this computer.
Anyway, my problem, I can not connect at all. Turning on my team, get the manager account and password input. I was told that "the record says," but then: "... economies in the vicinity of the meeting." I tried to reboot and use F8, which I am sure all modes and almost everything you have done here .
A virus that is still (in my file on the screen if user accounts are kept saying stay), "googleupdate.exe Bad Image" The application or DLLC: \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ WINDOWS \\ \\ system32 \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ helper32.dll not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette. "
There were other Internet users called 2010 etc. ..
Nevertheless, there are still all of my collection of information on the computer (if I am not in safe mode), or at least ... I do not know, apart and fix it without installing anything new? )
